Returns can be made within 30 days of your delivery date for unworn items still in their original condition with all tags still attached. Returns can be made on our returns portal where a shipping label will be created to send back your return via USPS. We now offer a few return options:

Refunds

The cost to return for a refund is $9.95 and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange directly through our return portal. If you select this option, the cost to return is free. Please note, exchange requests are not guaranteed, and will be shipped within 3 to 6 business days once your return has finished processing.

Shop Now

Essentially this is another exchange option! This way, you have the option to order a different item instead of just swapping for a new size. If you select this option, the cost to return is free as well. *Discounts codes or previously used discount codes cannot be applied in the shop now feature.

Store Credit

If you decide to return for store credit instead of a refund, your return is free of charge. Opting for store credit will allow you to make a new purchase at a later date and use a new promo code, if available.

🚚 WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We now offer two different shipping options for eligible ship-to locations; Standard and Overnight. You can select your desired shipping method at checkout.

All Standard Shipping orders placed Monday – Friday before 8AM PDT will ship the same day.

Overnight orders placed Monday – Friday before 10AM PDT will ship the same day.

Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please be aware that during sale periods, there might be delays due to high order volumes.

⭐️Print Your Return Label at Home

1. Head to our Returns Portal here
2. Enter your order number and zip code
3. Follow the prompts on our portal to obtain your return shipping label.
4. Feel free to repack your items back in the original packaging. *Multiple orders cannot be combined
5. Attach your return shipping label to the outside of the return packaging.
6. Drop off your return at a local post office *Please ensure that the label is scanned in transit at the counter by a USPS representative and you obtain a receipt to prevent any delays or issues with the processing of your refund

⭐️USPS QR CODE

1. Head to our Returns Portal here

2. Enter your order number and zip code

3. Follow the prompts on our portal to obtain your USPS QR Code.

4. Feel free to repack your items back in the original packaging. *Multiple orders cannot be combined

5. Take the QR code provided in your Return Confirmation to any eligible USPS location. The USPS agent will scan the QR code and process your package.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I CAN’T FIND IT 💕

Not to worry! This is a very common delivery issue and we are happy to help. 🌸

There are times that the tracking is marked as delivered, however it does not get dropped off until the following 1-3 business days (mainly with USPS.)

WHEN ARE YOU EXPECTING A RESTOCK? 👗

We are always trying to get our hands on some more of our top requested styles, however we are not always able to provide an exact date for each style.

If you have not done so already, be sure to go online and sign up to be notified should this item return. You can initiate this by clicking the desired size that is out of stock. This will prompt a pop-up. From this pop up, simply complete the requested fields. 😊

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER? ✏️

We treat order cancellations and edits with the utmost importance, however due to fast processing times, these changes cannot always be guaranteed.

We are also unable to make any edits if your order has shipped.
